Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Fish Cutters to join our team. As a Fish Cutter, you will be responsible for processing and preparing various types of fish for sale and distribution. This involves using specialized knives and cutting techniques to fillet, portion, and trim fish according to company standards.
