Ample Job Placements Client Services Policy

1. Purpose and Scope


This policy outlines the standards and responsibilities of Ample Job Placements when providing recruitment, job placement, and consultancy services. It serves to ensure that both clients and candidates understand their roles, commitments, and the services provided by Ample Job Placements.

2. Client and Candidate Commitments


Candidate Commitment: The candidate is committed to completing the program they have started with Ample Job Placements and agrees to pay the commitment fee upon application as agreed.
Fee Adjustments: If the work permit is issued before the candidate has paid the commitment fee, the candidate agrees to pay an additional 50% of the commitment fee.
Re-Application or Refund: While the process from work permit application to visa application is generally successful, if a work permit application is rejected for unknown or unforeseen reasons, Ample Job Placements will either re-apply or refund the commitment fee, minus 40% for operational costs.
-Administration Fee: Once the work permit is issued, the candidate agrees to pay the administration fee within 21 Working  days. The candidate must also be prepared with immigration and flight fees when the visa is issued.

3. Limitations of Liability
The candidate agrees that they will not hold Ample Job Placements liable for the following:
1. If the candidate’s work permit is rejected.
2. If the candidate’s visa appointment schedule is delayed.
3. If the visa application is unsuccessful due to personal or other related issues.
4. If the candidate misses flights or incurs any losses during the process due to third-party involvement.
5. If the candidate is deemed unsuitable by the employer due to:
Inability to communicate properly in English with management.
– Inability to perform required tasks, pass skills tests, or meet other standards depending on the occupation.
– Any inappropriate or unsuitable behavior.

4. Employer Responsibilities
– The candidate understands that Ample Job Placements is responsible for assisting them until they are introduced to their employer. After this point, the candidate’s relationship will be directly with the employer.
– The employer will be responsible for the candidate’s work conditions, salary, and any other employment-related matters. The candidate will receive their work contract from the employer.
Visa Approval: Ample Job Placements has no influence on visa approval. The decision is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy. Once Ample Job Placements has completed the application process, it will not be liable for the outcome of the candidate’s visa.

5. Terms Acceptance
By submitting their documents for application, the candidate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and consents to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), even in the absence of a formal written agreement.

Refund Policy
1. Refund Request Timeline: If a client requests a refund within 5 working days of initiating the consultancy process, Ample Job Placements will retain 40% of the total paid amount to cover services rendered.
2. Refund Amount: The remaining 60% will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving the refund request.
3. Processing Fees: Ample Job Placements reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees, third-party charges, or expenses from the refund.
4. Client Obligations: This refund policy does not apply in cases where the client fails to meet their obligations or breaches the terms of the consultancy agreement.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through amicable negotiations between Ample Job Placements and the client.
6. Acknowledgment of Terms: By sending application documents, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
